On September 20, 2025, COVA Exotics hosted their second annual exotic car show at the oceanfront at Neptune Park. The event had a grand display of exotic, foreign, and premium domestic vehicles.
Upon arrival, guests were immediately greeted with an influx of luxury vehicles from both the show and other visitors. “It was really cool,” said 10th grader Jaxon Moye, “I haven’t seen exotic cars like that in person before.”
Along with the cars, live music, food, and games were offered at Neptune Park and on the boardwalk. COVA stands were also set up along the boardwalk with different giveaways and prizes for guests to enjoy.
The show had a diverse display, including modern and classic cars along with a variety of brands. Some highlights include a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Mclaren 720, Audi R8, and Lamborghini Revuelto. The show had even more impressive cars with classic Porsches, Bentleys, and Ferraris.
Attendee Michelle Malone shared she enjoyed COVA’s event. “I love what they’re doing here. I haven’t seen the oceanfront this lively before.”
The entire event had an impressive turnout for its second year, with over 100 exotic cars, and according to COVA’s Instagram page, an estimated 30,000 spectators in attendance.
COVA exotics is a fairly new brand to Hampton Roads, only starting to actually host events in 2024. COVA has made an impressive mark in the car community, racking up various sponsors from impressive brands such as Exclusive Automotives, Lamborghini, and Rolls Royce.
Even with these high end sponsorships, COVA still makes an effort to support the Hampton Roads community by partnering with local businesses like SeaEO, Simple Details, and Ballahack Airsoft.
“It’s nice to see a new brand supporting the community,” said Angela Young, another participant in the event. “You don’t see much of that anymore.”
In addition, they show guest appreciation by allowing them to submit their own photos through their website in order for them to be featured. They also provide an exclusive club allowing members to connect with the love of exotic cars and host private events for members to connect outside of the driver’s seat. Along with these, they also use custom routes during drives through scenic parts of Virginia in order to promote Hampton Roads’ sense of community.
On COVA’s website, they further highlight their mission and care for the community of Hampton Roads by reiterating that diversity not only comes from cars but their owners as well. Along with this, they continue to have the mission to bring Hampton Roads together as a community through a shared love for exotic vehicles.
COVA also has a mission to make sure that their events are accessible to everyone, even those outside of Hampton Roads, by supplying information for hotels, food, and attractions. This way, people who want to attend the event can come into Hampton Roads and plan their trip easily and efficiently.
Even if you aren’t able to participate in the events, COVA also provides plenty of volunteer and job opportunities. They look for local photographers to take photos of the cars and volunteers to help with the organization and directing of different shows and community rides.
Malone shared sentiments of unity at the event. “I love what they’re doing for the community,I can tell it’s really bringing us all together.”
